    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made at the time of order placement.

  4. Shipping and Delivery
    We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Subscriptions
    If you have committed to a subscription plan lasting longer than one month (i.e., 6 or 12 month plans), you will automatically be charged each month during that subscription period, even if you have cancelled your subscription prior to the end of that subscription period. Further, your subscription to such service will continue until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period. To cancel, you must send a written request to our customer service team via email by the first day of the month following the end of your then-current subscription period. Your subscription will continue until you cancel and, if you do not cancel your membership prior to the first day of the month following the end of a subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for a new subscription period of the same amount of time. All cancellation requests received after the first day of the calendar month following a subscription period will apply to the following subscription period. We may refuse to renew any subscription in our sole discretion.

  6. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bonez Bully Sticks and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    Bonez Bully Sticks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
